Los Angeles prosecutors are asking a judge to revoke Paris Hilton's probation in a reckless driving case because she violated it by driving last month with a suspended license. The reason the action has taken this long - the violation of the probation took place last month - is that there has been an investigation to conclude if Paris Hilton is guilty of the violation or not and the prosecutors have decided that they have enough evidence to move forward and ask a judge to revoke it. The case hinges on if Paris Hilton knew that the DMV had temporarily revoked her driving privileges, because if she did, she could be in serious trouble. SEAN 'Diddy' COMBS has warned teenagers in Britain to stop the gun violence - because once they get involved with the wrong people, "there's no turning back".
Three teenagers were gunned down in London in February (07), with a further two youngsters stabbed to death last month (MAR07).
And Combs, who was acquitted of numerous weapons and bribery charges in 2001 after a shooting in a New York nightclub in December 1999, knows better than most that "no good" can come from the use of guns.
In an article in British newspaper The Mail On Sunday, he writes, "My message to kids is simple. Put the guns down. No good can possibly come from the violence. You pick up a gun, and you are looking at prison or death.
"It is a dark road - and there is no turning back!"

The MILLION DOLLAR BABY star believes celebrities should make a concerted effort to be "normal", and shouldn't let their fame get in the way of social interaction.
She says, "I love taking public transportation when I can and being with people because that's what I do, that's my job.
"When actors become famous, they become more solitary. But when you start losing touch with people, you lose touch with life."

The WAITING FOR TONIGHT singer - who has released her first Spanish language album COMO AMA UNA MUJER - shares Estefan's Hispanic roots.
She says, "Gloria Estefan was a huge influence for me. Of course, she was one of the few Latina women around who had this major international success. She sang in Spanish and English, and she was very much the sort of woman I recognised from my culture."
Lopez is now friends with her musical inspiration and envies Estefan's lifestyle.
She says, "I go to her home and I think that she is a woman who had got it just right. She has her music, she has her family, she has her relationship."

Scarlett Johansson struggled while acting with co-star Eric Bana in new movie THE OTHER BOLEYN GIRL - she couldn't stop looking at his private parts.
Bana who plays HENRY VIII in the movie, had to wear a codpiece for the part - a decorative flap used to cover male genitalia in medieval England, and it proved to be too much of a distraction for Johansson.
Johansson, who plays MARY BOLEYN in the film, says, "We'd be ready to do a scene and I couldn't look at anything else.
"I won't get over that codpiece for a long time.
"Eric would use it as a tool. He would rest his hands or a cup of coffee on it.
"People would even lead him around the set by it."

Rap trio the Beastie Boys are set to show off their musical talents this summer (07) with a string of instrumental festival appearances.
The SABOTAGE hitmakers will open their instrumental tour at the Sasquatch Festival in Washington in May (07), before jetting off to Europe for festival shows in Portugal, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Poland, France and Britain.
In a posting on the group's website, the trio write, "We're gonna play some instrumental only shows also... you know drums, bass, guitar, keyboard, percussion.
"Better call your doctor 'cause they're gonna be sick. It's gonna be a gala event."
