She's officially back on the market as Carmen Electra finalized her divorce from rocker Dave Navarro after separating seven months ago. According to the BBC, Electra and Navarro split for "irreconcilable differences." America watched as Carmen Electra, the Baywatch and Playboy star, and Dave Navarro, the guitarist from Jane's Addiction and Red Hot Chili Peppers, fell in love on the MTV reality show 'Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave, but, like another high-profiled MTV reality couple (Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson of Newlyweds fame) the pair parted before death.
Carmen Electra is 34 and Dave Navarro is 39 and, according to the BBC, the two will now split up their assets according to a premarital agreement. A publicist tells the news service that the separation between the two has been amicable. According to TMZ, both waived their rights to spousal support and today's judgment was really just a final legal step. The two were married on November 22nd, 2003 and have no kids.
This is the second divorce for Carmen Electra, whose real name is Tara Patrick. She split from Dennis Rodman in 1998 after only five months together. The Chicago Bulls basketball star and Electra were married in Vegas.
There have been rumors that Dave Navarro has moved on already, as Monsters and Critics reports that he might be on the verge of moving in with Sarah Howard, a woman he's been with for five months now. He's also been seen enjoying a topless table dance by Ms. Maxim from 2007, Tami Donaldson, in a New York club. It's not bad being Dave.
Carmen Electra has something of a movie career, besides just being a model or a Taco Bell pitchwoman. Electra was recently seen in Epic Movie and you can catch Carmen on DVD in dozens of cameos including Scary Movie, Uptown Girls, Dirty Love, Date Movie, Cheaper by the Dozen 2, and Scary Movie 4. She has two more upcoming credits, according to IMDB, including I Want Candy and Last Call at Murray's.
