Actress Selma Blair has moved on after her marriage split from AHMET ZAPPA with a new look and a new man.
The HELLBOY star is sporting a new short peroxide blonde hairdo and was spotted wining and dining model MATT FELKER last week (ends09FEB07).
Felker's biggest claim to fame is he played the object of BRITNEY SPEARS' desire in the pop star's TOXIC video.
